Last weekend Dots invited me to come sample some items from their store. I was surprised to find such a variety of pretty things at such bargain prices! These shoes are also quickly scaling to the top of my fave list - I love the pop of red!

Shot these yesterday in the pretty Michigan fall morning light. Things are getting chilly around here. Can't say I mind it much at this point. More time to spend under the covers. :)

PURPLE RAIN

I definitely took a page from a men’s catalogue when putting together today’s outfit. The bulky jeans and blazer, collared shirt and oxford shoes - seems like I’m in touch with my masculine side. Which is a nice change from all the florals and bright colors I usually wear!

Hoping everyone had a great weekend. I’d like to somehow get over to a Cider Mill and a haunted house before it’s too cold. But with the hours I’ve been working, it makes it pretty hard to do anything but sleep when I have the chance. zzZzzzZzzz Wake up!!

AQUAMARINE

Excited about some travel plans to NYC with Pedro in a couple of weeks! We are going to see the Brazil x Argentina (awesome?!?!) soccer game. Super pumped for that and for Memorial Day this weekend. 

No big plans other than layout out by the pool. This shirt kind of reminds me of a pool. That was my way of anticipating my first summer dip of 2012!
