UPDATE: The February issue came out on Thursday, January 7th, and I did indeed happen to get on it! SO EXCITING! Unfortunately they shot more girls than what appeared in the feature so I did sit on the edge of my seat for months, waiting for this issue to come out.
I can't say it enough – I am beyond grateful! Thank you also to all the lovely people who have supported me throughout this journey and gave me love. Cheers to 2016!

A few weekends ago, Marie Claire Magazine reached out and invited me to take part in their Beauty Roadshow feature, taking place in Detroit for the February issue! There were so many fab girls on that chilly, sunny day in Midtown Detroit, but the cold doesn't faze us Michigan girls. It actually makes us more stylish – point in case, my faux fur jacket.
I was asked to style myself and do my own makeup which made me crazy nervous! It's not every day you're on set with a publication like Marie Claire. I am so humbled and incredibly honored to have been asked to do this. It was super surreal and like I mentioned on Instagram when it first happened – I managed to trip just once!
PORT: Alguns fins de semana atrás, a revista Marie Claire me convidou para participar de uma sessão de fotos pra edição de fevereiro do Beauty Roadshow, desta vez em Detroit! O dia estava ensolarado mas friiiiio, coisa que não faz ninguém se preocupar aqui em Michigan. Dá até pra dar um charme a mais, com o casacão de pelo faux.
Quanto ao look e beleza, a Marie Claire pediu que eu chegasse pronta, e gente, que nervoso! Não é todo dia que você está no set com uma revista top. Aliás, isso me deixou tão feliz e agradecida, vocês não têm noção! Foi super surreal e até contei no Insta – eu conseguiu tropeçar uma uma vez só! kkkkk
