SUMMER LIPCOLOR

I was in dire need of a nice pop of color on my lips. So I hopped on over to the MAC counter at Macy’s and headed straight for the Vegas Volt color. It’s a nice orangey-red, and I feel like it really adds to the summer look of things.

I’m wearing Vegas Volt by MAC.

And as I was waiting in line, I spotted the Nicki Minaj & Ricky Martin VivaGlam Satin lipcolor. It was just such a bright shade of pink - think of what Nicki is always wearing - it’s totally fun! Plus all the proceeds of the VivaGlam go towards helping children, men and women living with HIV/AIDS. So you can do good while you look good. ;) 

HERE KITTY KITTY - Sally Hansen Salon Effects

I did my nails yesterday with Sally Hansen Salon Effects that I received courtesy of Influenster for testing and review purposes in my Spring Beauty VoxBox.

Once I tried to use them, and I failed miserably. It was probably because my nails were really short and I could file the “polish” down without making them rip off my finger.

Anyway, I found that it took me just as long as regular nail polish, if not longer, to finish them. I really like the outcome and supposedly it will last for ten days. Here’s hoping!!! It’s day 2 and they’re still pretty perfect. 

What do you guys think?

UPDATE: My lasted for 7 beautiful days! I got so many lovely compliments on them, I can’t even count. They would have lasted longer but I went to see a scary movie and started biting them down. :( Haha!
